very nice apartment,s well maintained, 2 bedroom 2 bath 705 curious what it will be raised to , but currently its a great price, love the staff, very professional, very polite, but I struggle to find parking if I come home after 630.

love my apartment home I have lived here for several years and I have referred a few friends here who love it as well The office staff is very helpful and maintenance is awesome and get things done very quickly.

This community is overall very pleasant & quiet. I have lived here for 5 years (getting ready to sign my 6th lease). The girls in the office are very helpful & nice. The maintenance guys are awesome! They usually come fix any issues within a few hours of submitting an order. They also work hard at keeping the litter picked up & maintaining a clean community. The only issue is parking after 7pm can be tricky. I've no bugs besides a couple spiders. AC unit is very cold. My neighbors have been pleasant and mostly respectful. I plan on residing here many more years.

We had such a good experience moving in, and Alicia was so helpful from the second we walked in to take a tour. We were moving from two hours away, and she made the process very easy through email and fax. Upon move in, she was efficient and very informative. We very much look forward to living here.

I have lived here for a year now and I have had ZERO issues, if you are looking for an affordable place to live with an awesome staff and maintenance team, Lakewood Apartments is the place you are looking for! Alicia is awesome! She is a hard worker and gets things done. These people work hard and deserve the recognition. This property is clean, well maintained, and always improving. I have always been treated with respect and Alicia has always had a concern for my needs, she deserves recognition! Thank you for being so awesome!

Quiet family living, helpful friendly staff, and personally they have been very forgiving and willing to work with me as I have health issues that interfere with my income at times. Best complex I've ever lived in.
